You'll arrive at either Paphos or Larnaca Airport and get picked up for the drive to your hotel in Limassol. Once there, the rest of the day is yours to do as you please. Settle in, grab a bite when hungry, or just relax after traveling.
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head out to see some of Cyprus' older sites and villages. The day includes Kourion ruins where you can walk through Roman baths and an ancient theatre, then Kolossi Castle from the 15th century. You'll have lunch in Omodos, a mountain village, and finish with a winery tour learning about how Commandaria wine is made.
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Nicosia to explore this divided capital. You can see St. John's Cathedral and walk around Laiki Geitonia in the old Venetian walls. From there, you cross the Green Line buffer zone to check out the northern side. Later, browse modern Ledra Street on your own time before heading back.
The day in Limassol is completely open for you. No tours or scheduled activities, so you can move at your own pace, explore neighborhoods, try restaurants, relax at your hotel, or anything else that appeals to you.
This is a 4x4 adventure through the Troodos Mountains covering some wild territory. You'll start at Dipotamos Dam, pass through Lefkara (known for lace and silverware), go into Mesa Potamos Forest, have lunch at a local taverna with meze, stop at a forest waterfall, do some wine tasting, and end in the village of Tochni.
Have breakfast at the hotel one last time, then get transferred to either Paphos or Larnaca International Airport for your flight home.
